Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 potatoes, washed, cut into wedges
  • 3 tsp salt, coarse
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the washed and wedged potatoes in a bowl. Mix with salt, garlic powder, curry powder, and olive oil. Then add the breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 190°C (convection oven) or 220°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 25 minutes.
