Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, preferably not too large
- 3 lemons
- 1 bunch of sage
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 100 ml olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins for 10-12 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Peel the lemon generously and cut into not-so-thin slices. Wash the sage and drain well. Thread the potatoes, lemon, and sage onto skewers, alternating them, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil into a bowl and mix with the garlic cloves, which have been ground into a paste with salt. Brush the potato skewers with the garlic oil and grill.
