Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream, Smoked Salmon and Tomatoes with Mozzarella

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Large potatoes à 350 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 200 g Smoked salmon 200 g
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brush / wash the potatoes well, place on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and caraway seeds. Fold / crumple the aluminum foil and bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 2 hours. Take the potatoes out of the foil, cut them lengthways and fill them with the sour cream. Place the filled baked potatoes on two plates, arrange the tomato slices with mozzarella slices, sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, serve with the smoked salmon and serve.
