Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fast and tasty

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). 2. Finely grate the garlic and ginger and add them to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. 3. Hollow out the pumpkin, cut into large pieces, and toss with the marinade. 4. Spread everything on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
