Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 tbsp curry paste, red
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 half lime(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spicy and delicious, quick to make!

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and thin with water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached. 2. Serve and enjoy.
