Baked Rolls – Small Snack

The perfect baked rolls – small snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Aufbackbrötchen (or 2 baguettes)
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 medium sized Paprika (of your choice)
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Strong cheese of your choice
  • 100 g Salt, pepper, herbal salt …
  1. Clean the mushrooms and peppers, peel the onion and garlic.
  2. Press the garlic through the press, finely dice the vegetables.
  3. Mix all the ingredients (except for the rolls) and season well.
  4. Now cut open the rolls and spread the vegetable mixture on top.
  5. Spread the sandwich halves on two trays and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for 12-15 minutes.
