  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 packet Yeast fresh
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt and some sugar

For the filling:

  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Seasonal herbs
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 Fresh spring onions, cut with leek
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Leek

  • Make a yeast dough from the ingredients above and roll out into a rectangle.
  • Cut the bell pepper, leek, onions and bacon into small pieces and fry (extra bacon). Season the cream cheese with a little cream, herbs and salt.
  • Now spread the cream cheese on the dough, add the vegetables, the bacon and the cheese, then roll everything up into a firm roll. Cut into about 2 cm thick slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, let rise again briefly, sprinkle with some cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
