Ingredients
filling
- 50 g Cold butter
- 50 g Fine sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Yogurt
- 150 g Apple cubes, chocolate cream, jam ...
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except for the yoghurt.
- Now knead in the yogurt and work everything into a smooth dough.
- Divide into 10 servings.
- Roll out each portion into a tongue about 6x25 cm.
Now the following can be filled:
- 1. Variant: apple cubes
- Brush the center of the dough tongue with a little melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar. Spread the apple cubes on top in a strip.
- 2. Variation: chocolate cream or jam:
- Spread 1 / 2 teaspoons of chocolate cream or jam lengthways on the dough tongue.
Close and roll up
- Fold the long sides over the filling so that they overlap. Seal the ends.
- Now roll up the strands of dough into snails.
- Bake in a preheated oven with 160 ° fan (180 ° O / U heat) for about 15 minutes until golden.
