- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g cheese (Gouda), in one piece
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 6 rolls
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the cheese into cubes. Combine all ingredients (except the rolls) and season with spices. Halve the rolls, spread generously with the mixture, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 160-180°C (325-350°F) until the cheese has melted. They taste best warm, but can also be enjoyed cold.
