Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Camemberts
- some breadcrumbs
- some flour
- 1 egg(s)
- some margarine
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Coat the Camembert first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry slowly on both sides in a little oil, turning frequently. When the Camembert has expanded slightly, it’s done; the cheese has melted inside. I like to eat it on a slice of brown bread, but it can also be served with cranberries.
