Baked salami and pear toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slice(s) salami, large
  • 2 bulb(s) , (can)
  • 4 slice(s) cheese, toast cheese for topping
  • some butter
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a small but tasty and quick meal

Toast the slices of toast until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Spread with butter. First, top each slice with the salami. Slice the pear halves and warm them slightly in the microwave. Then arrange them in a fan shape on the toast (3-4 slices per slice). Sprinkle with cheese. Grill in the preheated grill on full power until the cheese melts slightly. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper before serving.
