Fruity – fiery salami toast, baked

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slice(s) salami, large
  • 4 slice(s) cheese , toast cheese slices for topping
  • 2 peaches (from the can)
  • some butter
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 4 tsp red jam or jelly (currants, cranberries or 4-fruit)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with peach and cayenne pepper

Toast the slices of toast until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Microwave the peaches, then slice each slice. Spread the cooled slices of toast with butter. Top each slice with a slice of salami. Arrange the peach slices in a fan shape on top. Top each slice with a slice of cheese. Grill in the preheated grill (level 3) until the cheese melts slightly. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and place 1 teaspoon of jam/jelly on top of each slice of toast.
