  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 60 g Gouda, grated
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Low-carb suitable

Finely chop the zucchini and bell peppers, and slice the spring onions into rings. Briefly fry everything in a little olive oil, deglaze with cream, bring to a boil, stir in the milk, bring to a boil again, and season. Only cook everything briefly, otherwise the vegetables will become too soft! Place the meat in a casserole dish. Remove the vegetables from the pan and spread them around the meat. Pour the sauce from the pan over the meat. Spread the cheese on the smoked pork. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
