Baked Spaghetti with Metaxa Sauce

The perfect baked spaghetti with metaxa sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Metaxa sauce

  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 0,5 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tbsp Green pepper
  • Salt
  • 6 cl Metaxa

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 400 g Grated cheese
  1. Finely chop the garlic and mash it with salt to a paste and add to the broth in a saucepan. Add pepper, tomato paste and sweet paprika and let simmer (reduce).
