Ingredients
- 1 Small banana
- 1 handful Fresh strawberries
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Cake scraps
- Dried cranberries
- Flaked almonds
- Some honey, amaretto and lemon juice
- Fresh strawberries, mint leaves
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Cut the leftover cake, banana and strawberries into small pieces and place in a small baking dish with the cranberries.
- Mix the honey, lemon juice and the amaretto and pour over the cake crumbs and fruit.
- Now separate the egg and whip the egg white with a tablespoon of sugar until stiff. Beat the egg yolks and the remaining sugar until frothy and fold in the whipped egg whites. Carefully stir in flaked almonds.
- Now pour this mixture over the cake remnants and fruits, smooth out and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat until golden yellow.
- Arrange and decorate as you like, I poured chocolate sauce over it, draped some fresh strawberries and a few mint leaves and then I ate this delicacy with pleasure!
