Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g schnitzel meat, pork
- 30 g butter
- 150 ml mushrooms, can
- 20 g flour
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 50 ml peas, can
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in hot fat, then remove from the pan. Finely chop the onion and fry in the pan, then sprinkle with flour. Stir in the mushroom liquid and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the meat, mushrooms, and peas, stir in the cream, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven (200°C) until the cheese has melted. Serve with rice or spaetzle.
