Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- Crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp broth, granulated
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 ml water
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and fry it with the minced meat. Sprinkle the broth over the onion. Add tomato paste, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and water. Slice the leek into rings and add it. Let it simmer slightly, add the crème fraîche, and heat it back up. Pasta or rice go well with it!
