Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 bell peppers, red
- ½ ring/s of meat sausage
- 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 onion(s)
- e.g. cheese (Gouda, Emmental or Maasdam) in a piece
- 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of your choice
- Paprika powder
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in a pot with water and a little salt according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, trim the bell peppers and peel the onion. Chop them together with the sausage and fry them in a pan. Season to taste beforehand. Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with the crème fraîche in a casserole dish. Then add the cooked contents of the pan and stir well again. Add a little more seasoning. Finally, grate the cheese and cover the casserole well. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180°C – 200°C until the cheese is golden brown.
