Baked tagliatelle with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Basil, chopped
  • 200 g grated cheese (Gouda or mozzarella)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Sauté the broccoli florets in a little butter. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Add the tomato paste, spices, and basil. Stir in half of the sour cream and season to taste. Cook the pasta until al dente. Pour half of the pasta into a greased dish. Layer half of the meat, broccoli, and cheese on top. Repeat without the cheese. Dollop the remaining sour cream over the broccoli and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes.
