Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 onions (cut into rings)
  • 1 garlic clove(s) (finely diced)
  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Spice mix (raclette spice)
  • 4 slices of processed cheese
  • 4 slices of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and garlic and lightly brown. Season schnitzel. Place in a baking dish. Scatter onions and garlic over the schnitzel. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Slice tomatoes and scatter over the onions. Season with raclette seasoning. Spread the melted cheese over the schnitzel. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread. Arrange the fried schnitzel on the slices of bread.
