Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tofu, firm
- 300 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 tsp spice mix (garam masala)
- 2 tsp cumin, ground
- n. B. Oil (peanut)
- e.g. salt and pepper

quick vegetarian snack
Cut the tofu into 6 mm slices and pat dry. Heat the peanut oil in a non-stick pan and fry the tofu over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the spices and season generously with salt and pepper. Briefly drain the tofu on kitchen paper and serve with the spiced yogurt.
