Baked tortellini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml tomato sauce, ready-made or homemade
  • 400 g tortellini, filled with cheese
  • butter
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 80 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and drain. Dice the mozzarella and place it in a baking dish with the tortellini, tossing to combine. Pour the tomato sauce over the tortellini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
