Baked tortellini in creamy tuna and ham sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini with 5 cheeses
  • 125 g herb butter
  • 200 g processed cheese (Milkana boats)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the ham and garlic into small pieces. Drain the tuna. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the herb butter in a pan. Add the cream and cream cheese and let it melt. Add the tuna, ham, and garlic and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Simmer until the pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally. Toss the pasta with the sauce in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 180°C until the cheese is golden brown.
