Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 points tortellini, fresh
- 1 pkt. processed cheese, possibly with herbs
- 1 point feta cheese
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 point cheese (grated cheese)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat with the processed cheese until melted. Cut the feta into small cubes and add it as well. Place the tortellini in a greased baking dish and toss with the cream and cheese mixture. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
