Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of gnocchi from the refrigerated section
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 can tomatoes, pureed or chopped
- 200 ml cream
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Herbs, Italian or just oregano
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Fry the gnocchi in a little olive oil and set aside. Dice the zucchini and fry them as well. Add the diced shallot and crushed garlic clove and fry until translucent. Then deglaze with the canned tomatoes and cream and simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Combine the gnocchi and sauce in a baking dish, top with the sliced mozzarella, and place in the oven (middle rack) at 180°C (convection oven). Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned, if desired.
