  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
  • 3 cans of tuna in oil
  • n. B. Remoulade
  • 1 ½ bags of cheese (grated cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Bread roll with egg and tuna, baked

Drain the tuna and distribute it evenly among the 15 pastry rolls, pressing it flat. Then top with tartar sauce to taste and place three slices of egg on top. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on the 15 rolls and place them in the oven on the middle rack at 160-180 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Remove after about 20 minutes and serve fresh from the oven! A super delicious alternative to my minced meat snacks.
