Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey escalopes, marinated
- 4 slice(s) bacon or cooked ham
- 1 slice(s) pineapple
- 4 slices of processed cheese or Gouda
- possibly asparagus
- possibly mushrooms
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Briefly sear the marinated turkey cutlets on both sides and remove from the pan. Top with the bacon or cooked ham, pineapple, and cheese. Bake briefly in the oven at 175°C. If you don’t like pineapple, you can substitute it with canned mushrooms, a few orange zests, or asparagus.
