  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s), cut into thin half rings
  • 8 slice(s) raw smoked ham
  • 4 slices of cheese for topping

First, wash the turkey cutlets and pat them dry. Then season with salt, pepper, and paprika as desired. Briefly sear them on both sides in a little oil, then place them in a baking dish.
