Chicken breast with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 20 g butter
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, peel cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Divide the chicken breast into 4 portions and brown on both sides in butter. Top with ham, then add Gorgonzola pieces and mascarpone. Cover and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon slices.
