Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey steaks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine (piccolo)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g sweet cream, semi-whipped
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the turkey steaks until crispy and place them in a casserole dish. In a pan, combine the sour cream with the piccolo, season with the spices, and bring to a boil briefly. Pour the sauce over the steaks. Season the semi-whipped cream with the spices and pour it over the meat. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad and baguette.
