Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 turkey schnitzels
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 eggs
- 200 g cheese, grated
- some flour
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Butter a baking sheet. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, then coat in flour and egg, and place on the baking sheet. Mix the whipped cream with the crème fraîche and pour over the schnitzel. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
