Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 turkey schnitzels
- salt, pepper
- Paprika powder
- Flour
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ tbsp seasoning
- 175 g cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the schnitzel, coat it in flour, and place it on a greased baking sheet (or casserole dish). Trim the leek, slice it into rings, and drain the mushrooms. Spread both ingredients over the schnitzel and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200°C. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form and season. Sprinkle the schnitzel with grated cheese, drizzle with cream, and bake for another 30 minutes at 200°C.
