Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-sized sweet potato(s)
- 300 g white sausage
- 4 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 50 g Edam cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
from the oven
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Line the roasting pan with parchment paper. Cut the sweet potato and sausage into 1 cm thick slices. Place the slices on the baking sheet and brush with ghee. Let them cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Spread the mustard on the potato slices first, then place the sausage slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
