delicious pork or beef steaks topped with crème fraîche, on rösti cakes

First, fry the rösti in a pan with a little fat until golden brown. Pound the meat slightly and cut the steaks in half (the pieces of meat should be about the same size as the rösti slices). Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry in the pan until golden brown. Slice the tomatoes. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream cheese until creamy. Preheat the oven to approximately 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the rösti slices on the tray. Place the tomato slices on top and then the meat on top. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each piece and bake in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. When the cream cheese starts to brown slightly around the edges, the meal is ready. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with some parsley.
