Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 500 g yogurt (full milk yogurt)
  • 80 g raisins (rum raisins), ready-made or pickled yourself
  • 3 tbsp butter flakes
  • Fat, for the molds
  • 50 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted). Beat eggs with powdered sugar until frothy. Fold in custard powder and yogurt. Add raisins. Grease 6 baking dishes with the butter. Spread the yogurt mixture among all the dishes. Place butter flakes on top and scatter the almond flakes on top. Place the dishes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The crust should be golden brown. Serve warm in the dishes.
