  • 3 small Free range eggs
  • 90 g Sugar fine
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade vanilla sugar
  • 8 tablespoon Whole milk
  • 120 g Soft butter
  • 120 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 160 gr Sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 Peeled apples
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  1. Beat the eggs with the food processor until frothy, add sugar, cinnamon, salt, milk, butter and vanilla sugar and stir in.
  2. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and cut the peeled apples into small cubes, dust with a little flour and add to the dough. Stir in!
  3. Mix the flour with baking powder and fold into the dough.
  4. Line the muffin tin with paper sleeves, fill the molds halfway with batter and bake on the middle rack for 10-12 minutes until light brown.
  5. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar or brush with topping and decorate.
