Baking: Apple and Walnut Cookies

  • 250 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 140 g Grainy oatmeal
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 80 g Chopped walnuts
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 150 g Raw cane sugar
  • 1 piece Egg (L)
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 200 g Apple cubes sour
  1. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and oatmeal. Roughly chop the walnuts and add them.
  2. Beat the soft butter with the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and cream until frothy.
  3. Quarter and peel the apples, remove the core and chase away unwelcome guests. Cut the apple quarters into very small cubes, add to the butter / sugar / egg mixture and fold in.
  4. Now add the flour / nut mixture spoon by spoon and mix everything well to form a heavy batter.
  5. Preheat the pipe to 160 ° C circulating air. Place small heaps of the dough with a spoon on a sheet lined with paper or foil, keeping a little distance.
