Ingredients

  • 2 Apple Elstar
  • 2 Butter
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cloves
  • 0,25 tsp Ground vanilla

Instructions

  • Wash the apples, cut into quarters, remove the casing and dice. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the apples briefly. Let cool down.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° convection.
  • Put on a small saucepan and melt the butter in it. Sprinkle in the sugar and let it dissolve.
  • Beat the egg until frothy. Stir in the butter and sugar mixture.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla and add gradually. Fold in the cooled apples.
  • Place the dough in walnut-sized piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Let cool down.
  • If the biscuits are still too soft after cooling, there were too many apples in the batter. As with me. Then bake again in the oven. Place in the cold oven, heat up to 160 ° and bake for about 10 minutes.
