Baking: Chocolate Mini Muffins

Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Butter
  • Or margarine
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Dark couverture chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • Dekoperlen or similar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the couverture over a hot water bath.
  • Mix the butter / margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally stir in the liquid, cooled couverture.
  • Fill the batter into 24 mini muffin tins or 30 Christmas muffin tins.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix the powdered sugar and water and brush the cooled mini muffins with it (normal muffins need a little more frosting). Decorate with decorative beads as desired.
