Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- Or margarine
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Dark couverture chocolate
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Water
- Dekoperlen or similar
Instructions
- Melt the couverture over a hot water bath.
- Mix the butter / margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally stir in the liquid, cooled couverture.
- Fill the batter into 24 mini muffin tins or 30 Christmas muffin tins.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the powdered sugar and water and brush the cooled mini muffins with it (normal muffins need a little more frosting). Decorate with decorative beads as desired.
