Baking: Chocolate Mini Muffins

The perfect baking: chocolate mini muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Soft butter
  • Or margarine
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Water
  • Dekoperlen or similar
  1. Melt the couverture over a hot water bath.
  2. Mix the butter / margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally stir in the liquid, cooled couverture.
  3. Fill the batter into 24 mini muffin tins or 30 Christmas muffin tins.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Mix the powdered sugar and water and brush the cooled mini muffins with it (normal muffins need a little more frosting). Decorate with decorative beads as desired.
