  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 80 g Butter
  • 180 g Flour
  • 15 g Cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 180 g Sugar brown raw sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them together with the butter over a hot water bath. When everything is melted, stir and let cool.
  2. Mix the flour, cocoa, spice mixture, baking powder and sugar together. Add eggs and chocolate-butter mixture and mix everything into a dough. (This one is soft, that’s normal.)
  3. Now put the dough in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Put powdered sugar (75-100g) on ​​a deep plate or shallow bowl.
  5. Remove pieces from the dough with a teaspoon, dip them lightly in powdered sugar and then shape them into balls (approx. 3-3.5 cm in diameter). Then roll again completely in powdered sugar.
  6. Spread these balls with enough space between 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx. 10-12 minutes one after the other. Don’t be surprised, the cookies are still soft then, they become firmer as they cool down; if you bake them too long, they get hard.
