The cake
- 125 g Flour
- 125 g Food starch
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar, homemade *
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 Free range eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 250 ml Sunflower oil
- 250 ml Advocaat
- 100 g Chocolate chips, dark
the cast
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 100 g Advocaat
Instructions
- Work all ingredients one after the other into a fairly liquid dough.
- Grease and crumble a rectangular springform pan (or similar) and fill in the batter. d Spread the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with the egg liqueur and spread on the hot cake.
- * Divide used, empty vanilla pods and place in a glass with sugar.
