Baking: Gina’s Winemaker Cake
The perfect baking: gina’s winemaker cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 50 g Ground amarettini
- 50 g Sifted flour
- 1,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 Splash Taste of rum
Topping: cream
- 200 g Quark lean
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 leaf Gelatin
Topping: grapes
- 23 Pc. Blue seedless grapes
- 23 Pc. White seedless grapes
- 1 packet White cake topping
- 0,25 liter Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Decoration!
- 1 bottle Spray cream
can be found at Aldi!
- 16 Pc. Wihte Wheaties
Dough:
- Beat butter and sugar until frothy.
- Add the eggs, stir everything well.
- Stir in the amarettini, flour and flavor. Spread on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes. (60 min.)
Cream:
- Soak gelatine in cold water, allow to swell for 10 minutes, then dissolve.
- Stir the quark, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice + zest together. Adjust gelatine, stir in, spread the cream on the cake.
Grapes :
- wash, drain well, cut in half. Hang up according to your own taste. Then in the refrigerator for 60 min.
Casting:
- Boil the cake topping, cover the fruits with it.
Complete :
- Cut pieces, sprinkle with a dollop of cream and insert a crunchy part, then test with pleasure.
