Ingredients
- 150 g Margarine
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Food starch
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 5 tbsp Yogurt
- 50 g Peeled hemp seeds
Instructions
- Beat the margarine and sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add eggs and beat in.
- Mix the flour, starch and baking powder and stir in together with the yoghurt, stir thoroughly. Finally stir in the hemp.
- Put the dough in a greased small box cake tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40-50 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
- Let the cake cool a little in the tin (tip: turn the tin around), then remove it and let it cool down completely.
- If you like, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or sprinkle it with sugar or chocolate icing.
