Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 5 tbsp Yogurt
  • 50 g Peeled hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Beat the margarine and sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Add eggs and beat in.
  • Mix the flour, starch and baking powder and stir in together with the yoghurt, stir thoroughly. Finally stir in the hemp.
  • Put the dough in a greased small box cake tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40-50 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
  • Let the cake cool a little in the tin (tip: turn the tin around), then remove it and let it cool down completely.
  • If you like, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or sprinkle it with sugar or chocolate icing.
