Baking: Two-tone Apple Pie

  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0,5 Vials Lemon oil
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 Apples
  • Approx. 350g
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  1. Beat the butter / margarine with sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs and lemon oil. Mix flour and baking powder and mix in 3 tablespoons of milk.
  2. Now put about a third of the dough in a greased baking pan.
  3. Stir cocoa and 1 tablespoon milk into the rest of the batter. Then spread this on the light dough.
  4. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Then spread on the dough and press in a little.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
  6. After baking, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
  7. Let it cool down and then remove it from the mold.
