Baking: Two-tone Apple Pie

- 125 g Butter
- Or margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 0,5 Vials Lemon oil
- 200 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 Apples
- Approx. 350g
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Beat the butter / margarine with sugar until frothy, then fold in the eggs and lemon oil. Mix flour and baking powder and mix in 3 tablespoons of milk.
- Now put about a third of the dough in a greased baking pan.
- Stir cocoa and 1 tablespoon milk into the rest of the batter. Then spread this on the light dough.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Then spread on the dough and press in a little.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
- Let it cool down and then remove it from the mold.
