Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 125 g butter
- 250 g walnuts
- 80 g pistachios
- 80 g almonds
- 250 g honey
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- Fat for the mold

Turkish dessert
Thaw the puff pastry according to the instructions. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line the bottom of a loaf pan with aluminum foil. Grease the sides and the aluminum foil thoroughly. Melt the butter. Roll out each sheet of dough to twice the size of the loaf pan and cut in half. Chop the walnuts and pistachios. Finely grind the almonds. Mix everything well. Place a sheet of dough in the pan, brush with butter, and sprinkle with the nut mixture. Repeat this process until all the sheets and nuts are used. Cover with a sheet of dough. Bake the pastry in the oven for 15 minutes on the lowest rack, then for 30 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown. Meanwhile, warm the honey and season with the orange and lemon juice. Pour this syrup over the finished cake and let it sit overnight. Slice the baklava and serve.
