Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mozzarella (mini balls)
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • pepper
  • herbal salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mozzarella salad, quick and easy

Finely chop the spring onions and halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size. Place both in a bowl and add the mozzarella wedges. Season with herb salt, pepper, and olive oil. Be sure to use the mozzarella wedges, as a 100g ball will make the salad mushy. The salad tastes best after it’s been allowed to sit for a few hours.
