Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 25 g sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 100 g flour
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes 12 cookies

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, hazelnuts, and flour and knead into a dough. Roll the dough into 12 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, until the balls are lightly browned. Immediately after baking, roll each ball in powdered sugar, then let it cool and roll it again in powdered sugar.
