Balsamic hand cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 hand cheese
  • 100 ml white wine (e.g. Riesling)
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar (raspberry balsamic vinegar or other variety)
  • 100 ml oil, good
  • 1 shot of water, cold
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Caraway
  • 2 large onions, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

quick, easy and super tasty

Dice the onion. Pour all the other ingredients, except for the cheese, over the diced onions and mix well. Pour one-third of this marinade into a cheese pot or similar container. Place the cheeses next to each other on top of the marinade. Pour the remaining third of the marinade over the cheeses and let them marinate for approximately 12-24 hours, depending on your taste. Serve with farmhouse bread with a little butter.
