Hand cheese and cooked cheese with music

I mix a dressing from oil, vinegar, cider, salt, and pepper. I dice 1 1/2 onions. I cut 1 1/2 onions into half rings. I place the hand cheese in a deep plate, cover it with the diced onions, and pour half of the dressing over it. I pour the other half of the dressing into a bowl and place the onion rings in it. This becomes the music to the cooked cheese. I let the hand cheese and the music sit for about 24 hours. Then I serve the two cheese specialties with fresh farmhouse bread and cider. You can add caraway seeds to taste. This makes it more digestible, but we don’t like caraway seeds.
