Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g lentils, pre-cooked
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- some salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Press the garlic and fry briefly in the oil. Add the lentils and deglaze with the stock. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper.
